File A Claim

If you obtained a Payday Loan from Cash Money Cheque Cashing Inc.:

  1. in Manitoba between June 16, 2009 and October 17, 2010;
  2. in New Brunswick any time on or after June 16, 2009 up to December 15, 2011;
  3. in Nova Scotia between June 16, 2009 and July 31, 2009; or
  4. in Ontario between June 16, 2009 and December 14, 2009

Then you are eligible to participate in this Settlement.

The amount of compensation each Class Member will receive is determined by the total number of Class Members who file a valid claim form on or before July 16, 2012. The maximum amount of compensation any Class Member may receive is $250.
